My gratitude in meditation today.
We are tribal. We are hard-wired for connection. Today, pause to connect with yourself first. Then if you’re spending today with others, you can be present with everyone you come in contact with.
Our presence is the greatest acknowledgment of Thanks we can offer. To ourselves and each other.
There are many people who are alone at 1 week in Myanmar

Some have a very different experience than the popularly featured one, and it can be incredibly painful.
The pain isn’t from what we always think. But I believe it is from experiencing being ‘outside’ from what it seems like everyone else is enjoying. Not being a part of…, not being included.
We all want the feelings usually connected to family, warmth, belonging and having history together.
Perhaps take a few grateful moments this morning to sit with yourself first. Feel the deeper whisper of how much you matter. Just yourself.
Then extend that love—that sweet connection—with humble gratitude, to everyone who pops into your mind.
My gift of presence to you for sharing life with me. May your day be one of profound quiet warmth beneath all else. And know I am holding you in my heart right now.
