Update 9/26/15: The site (instiks dot com) I linked to is not mine. I just shared the post because I tried it and it worked for me.

SisRuby, nagulat nga ako actually kasi it’s like two weeks or so that I haven’t checked my weight (naubusan ng battery, LOL!).. When I went to the doctor yesterday, I was at 98 point something lang which was surprising. Dalaga pa ako nang nasa average ako ng 100 but after I gave birth, I can’t seem to lose weight no matter how hard I diet/exercise. Aruba Rubz Viajera

Chubskulit Rose, you can try it pero konti lang, just like what I did. Instead of preparing everything at once, I just made 1/4 of the recipe (1 clove garlic, 1 lemon, 1 cm ginger, 1/2 liter water). And less than a cup per day lang naman ang iinumin (approximately 8/10 cups). I just finished my second 1/4 today. The first time I made it, I had “garlic overdose”because I used up 1 head of garlic instead of just 1 clove. LOL! I guess the drink-on-an-empty-stomach-don’t-eat-after-two-hours part helped too.

ung ginawa ko sis Aruba Rubz Viajera, i mixed lemon, garlic and ginger using a blender tapos add water then pakuluan (i added a little bit water to compensate for evaporation). just when it’s about to boil, turn off the heat then strain. you drink it in the morning with an empty stomach then you can’t drink/eat within two hours.

the lemon/ginger will “kill” the garlic taste sis… but you can add some honey if di talaga kaya, hehe…

10 pounds sis… i tried diet and exercise before pero ayaw nang bumaba sa 105 ung weight ko.

parang same lang naman.. but affected ang appetite mo though… you cant eat for two hours after kasi. pag ganito ang routine in the morning, parang tinatamad ka nang kumain later… i’m not sure if it’s just me but that’s what i noticed.

kaya nga natuwa ako nang lumiit. sabi kasi nila, you can lose the fat only if you gain muscles, and muscles are heavier than fat kaya expected ko na na bibigat ang weight ko if I continue exercising…

Yan din ang weight ko 5 years ago. It went up to 115 lbs then ngayon 110 lbs nalang. Nag weight lifting kasi ako so yung iba muscle weight 😀 Naggi-gym 3 times a week. Effective naman sa akin ang smoothie (veggies/fruits) once a day.

I also exercise but i gained weight when I did. un nga sabi nila, mas mabigat daw kasi ung muscle kesa sa fat…

Yup sis. Bilbil nalang ang problema ko ngayon haha. Kahit dati pa ma bilbil na talaga ako. I’ve done tummy exercise pero mahirap kaya LOL.
