What the media wants you to believe works for weight loss: Detoxes Diets pills Juice cleanse Meal replacement shakes MCT oils Low-carb diets 1200 cal diet Bullet-proof coffee Supplements Fit-Tea Atkins Liquid diet Grapefruit diet Detox tea etc What ACTUALLY works: Well-rounded diet and exercise with a caloric deficit. So, why the difference? Because anyone can do a well-rounded diet and exercise, and the media and big corporations can’t make money off that!!! Share if you agree.

I wouldn’t call it the media… More like companies trying to cash in on the typical layperson. Plus people are lazy and want that magic easy pill. Just like those chips that used to give people diarrhea… Haha… Nothing is free people https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lay%27s_WOW_chips

Hahaha I say the media because they cash in on the advertising from these corporations that are marketing these products. It’s win-win for them, and everyone else loses.

You’re right about this my friend, the only thing i would say is that MCT oil is proven to work to increase metabolic function 😉 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11694608

Yup but it’s still a fat/additional calories. It may work but you still need to be in a caloric deficit. You can’t just consume Mct oil and expect to lose weight (that’s the point I was trying to make )

Kevin A. Tibbo For sure brotha! But most people give fat a bad name – Not all fats are made equal and personally I would take the 125 calories for a tablespoon and eliminate something of the same caloric value that isnt as healthy. What is it – 32 ATP …
